Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and processed when you use yoshovski.com (the “Site”). It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection (LOPDGDD), and the Spanish information-society law (LSSI-CE).

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Stefan Antonov Yoshovski, operating as an individual in Valencia, Spain. You can reach me through the Contact page (live chat) or the channels listed there.

What data I collect

  • Information you provide via live chat or other channels — e.g. your name, email address, and the content of your messages when you contact me (through Chatwoot or email).
  • Analytics data (only with your consent) — pseudonymous usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, collected via Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics with Google Consent Mode v2.
  • Technical/security data — limited server and network logs (such as IP address and user agent) processed by the hosting and content-delivery layer (Cloudflare) to keep the Site secure and available.

I do not run an email contact form, and I do not sell your data.

  • To respond to your enquiries — consent and/or steps taken at your request.
  • To understand and improve how the Site is used — consent (analytics cookies).
  • To keep the Site secure and operational — legitimate interest.

Cookies and tracking

The live chat (Chatwoot) is a functional tool and loads on every page so you can message me. Analytics (Google) is treated as non-essential: in the EU/EEA/UK it loads only after you consent (an opt-in banner is shown there); elsewhere an opt-out model applies. You can review or change your choice any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Third parties

Depending on your consent, data may be processed by:

  • Google (Tag Manager / Analytics) — analytics.
  • Chatwoot — live chat.
  • Cloudflare — hosting access, delivery, and security.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where that happens, it is covered by appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

How long I keep it

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for (for example, the duration of our correspondence) or as required by law, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact me via the Contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Changes

I may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
